And this (He commands): Judge thou between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, but beware of them lest they beguile thee from any of that (teaching) which Allah hath sent down to thee. And if they turn away, be assured that for some of their crime it is Allah's purpose to punish them. And truly most men are rebellious.

We order you to judge between them according to what Allah has sent down. Do not follow their desires, and beware of them, lest they should turn you away from some of what Allah has sent down to you. If they turn away, be assured that Allah intends to make them suffer for some of their sins. Surely, many of the people are sinners.

So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed, and follow not their desires, but beware of them lest they seduce thee from some part of that which Allah hath revealed unto thee. And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away - then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.

Juge alors parmi eux d'après ce qu'Allah a fait descendre. Ne suis pas leurs passions, et prends garde qu'ils ne tentent de t'éloigner d'une partie de ce qu'Allah t'a révélé. Et puis, s'ils refusent (le jugement révélé) sache qu'Allah veut les affliger [ici-bas] pour une partie de leurs péchés. Beaucoup de gens, certes, sont des pervers.
Суди между ними согласно тому, что ниспослал Аллах, не потакай их желаниям и остерегайся их, дабы они не отвратили тебя от части того, что ниспослал тебе Аллах. Если же они отвернутся, то знай, что Аллах желает покарать их за некоторые из их грехов. Воистину, многие люди являются нечестивцами.

Incitamos-te a que julgues entre eles, conforme o que Deus revelou; e não sigas os seus caprichos e guarda-te de quem te desviem de algo concernente ao que Deus te revelou. Se tu refutarem fica sabendo que Deus os castigará por seus pecados, porque muitos homens são depravados.

Und du sollst zwischen ihnen nach dem richten, was von Allah herabgesandt wurde; und folge nicht ihren Neigungen, und sei vor ihnen auf der Hut, damit sie dich nicht bedrängen und von einem Teil dessen, was Allah zu dir herabgesandt hat, wegtreiben. Wenden sie sich jedoch (von dir) ab, so wisse, daß Allah sie für etliche ihrer Sünden zu treffen gedenkt. Wahrlich, viele der Menschen sind Frevler.
