Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than Allah. that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But if any is forced by hunger, with no inclination to transgression, Allah is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

Prohibited for you are: carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and those upon which (a name) other than that of Allah has been invoked (at the time of slaughter), animal killed by strangulation, or killed by a blow, or by a fall, or by goring, or that which is eaten by a beast unless you have properly slaughtered it; and that which has been slaughtered before the idols, and that you determine shares through the arrows. (All of) this is sin. Today those who disbelieve have lost all hope of (damaging) your faith. So, do not fear them, and fear Me. Today, I have perfected your religion for you, and have completed My blessing upon you, and chosen Islam as Din (religion and a way of life) for you. But whoever is compelled by extreme hunger, having no inclination towards sin, 8 then Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful.

Forbidden unto you (for food) are carrion and blood and swine flesh, and that which hath been dedicated unto any other than Allah, and the strangled, and the dead through beating, and the dead through falling from a height, and that which hath been killed by (the goring of) horns, and the devoured of wild beasts, saving that which ye make lawful (by the death stroke), and that which hath been immolated unto idols. And (forbidden is it) that ye swear by the divining arrows. This is an abomination. This day are those who disbelieve in despair of (ever harming) your religion; so fear them not, fear Me! This day have I perfected your religion for you and completed My favor unto you, and have chosen for you as religion AL- ISLAM. Whoso is forced by hunger, not by will, to sin: (for him) lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah, and [those animals] killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring of horns, and those from which a wild animal has eaten, except what you [are able to] slaughter [before its death], and those which are sacrificed on stone altars, and [prohibited is] that you seek decision through divining arrows. That is grave disobedience. This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Vous sont interdits la bête trouvée morte, le sang, la chair de porc, ce sur quoi on a invoqué un autre nom que celui d'Allah, la bête étouffée, la bête assommée ou morte d'une chute ou morte d'un coup de corne, et celle qu'une bête féroce a dévorée - sauf celle que vous égorgez avant qu'elle ne soit morte -. (Vous sont interdits aussi la bête) qu'on a immolée sur les pierres dressées, ainsi que de procéder au partage par tirage au sort au moyen de flèches. Car cela est perversité. Aujourd'hui, les mécréants désespèrent (de vous détourner) de votre religion: ne les craignez donc pas et craignez-Moi. Aujourd'hui, J'ai parachevé pour vous votre religion, et accompli sur vous Mon bienfait. Et J'agrée l'Islam comme religion pour vous. Si quelqu'un est contraint par la faim, sans inclination vers le péché... alors, Allah est Pardonneur et Miséricordieux.

Все это есть нечестие. Сегодня неверующие отчаялись в вашей религии. Не бойтесь же их, а бойтесь Меня. Сегодня Я ради вас усовершенствовал вашу религию, довел до конца Мою милость к вам и одобрил для вас в качестве религии ислам. Если же кто-либо будет вынужден пойти на это (на употребление запрещенных продуктов) от голода, а не из склонности к греху, то ведь Аллах – Прощающий, Милосердный.

Estão-vos vedados: a carniça, o sangue, a carne de suíno e tudo o que tenha sido sacrificado com a invocação de outro nome que não seja o de Deus; os animais estrangulados, os vitimados a golpes, os mortos por causa de uma queda, ou chifrados, os abatidos por feras, salvo se conseguirdes sacrificá-los ritualmentef; o (animal) que tenha sido sacrificado nos altares(333). Também vos está vedado fazer adivinhações com setas, porque isso é uma profanação. Hoje, os incrédulos desesperam por fazer-vos renunciar à vossa religião. Não os temais, pois, e temei a Mim! Hoje, completei a religião para vós; tenho-vos agraciado generosamente sem intenção de pecar, se vir compelido a (alimentar-se do vedado), saiba que Deus é Indulgente, Misericordiosíssimo.

Verboten ist euch das Verendete sowie Blut und Schweinefleisch und das, worüber ein anderer als Allahs Name angerufen wurde; das Erdrosselte, das zu Tode Geschlagene, das zu Tode Gestürzte oder Gestoßene und das, was Raubtiere angefressen haben, außer dem, was ihr geschlachtet habt, ferner das, was auf einem heidnischen Opferstein geschlachtet worden ist, und ferner (ist euch verboten), daß ihr durch Lospfeile das Schicksal zu erkunden sucht. Das ist eine Freveltat. Heute haben die Ungläubigen vor eurem Glauben resigniert; also fürchtet nicht sie, sondern fürchtet Mich. Heute habe Ich euch eure Religion vervollkommnet und Meine Gnade an euch vollendet und euch den Islam zum Glauben erwählt. Wer aber durch Hungersnot gezwungen wird, ohne sündhafte Neigung so ist Allah Allverzeihend, Barmherzig.
