Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allah ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.

(Also prohibited are) the women already bound in marriage, except the bondwomen you come to own. It has been written by Allah for you. All (women), except these, have been permitted for you to seek (to marry) through your wealth, binding yourself, (in marriage) and not only for lust. So, to those of them whose company you have enjoyed, give their dues (dower) as obligated. There is no sin on you in what you mutually agree upon after the (initial) agreement. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

And all married women (are forbidden unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess. It is a decree of Allah for you. Lawful unto you are all beyond those mentioned, so that ye seek them with your wealth in honest wedlock, not debauchery. And those of whom ye seek content (by marrying them), give unto them their portions as a duty. And there is no sin for you in what ye do by mutual agreement after the duty (hath been done). Lo! Allah is ever Knower, Wise.

And [also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands possess. [This is] the decree of Allah upon you. And lawful to you are [all others] beyond these, [provided] that you seek them [in marriage] with [gifts from] your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy [of marriage] from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.

et parmi les femmes, les dames (qui ont un mari), sauf si elles sont vos esclaves en toute propriété. Prescription d'Allah sur vous! A part cela, il vous est permis de les rechercher, en vous servant de vos bien et en concluant mariage, non en débauchés. Puis, de même que vous jouissez d'elles, donnez-leur leur mahr, comme une chose due. Il n'y a aucun péché contre vous à ce que vous concluez un accord quelconque entre vous après la fixation du mahr. Car Allah est, certes, Omniscient et Sage.
И замужние женщины запретны для вас, если только ими не овладели ваши десницы (если только они не стали вашими невольницами). Таково предписание Аллаха для вас. Вам дозволены все остальные женщины, если вы добиваетесь их посредством своего имущества, соблюдая целомудрие и не распутничая. А за то удовольствие, которое вы получаете от них, давайте им установленное вознаграждение (приданое). На вас не будет греха, если вы придете к обоюдному согласию после того, как определите обязательное вознаграждение (приданое). Воистину, Аллах – Знающий, Мудрый.

Também vos está vedado desposar as mulheres casadas, salvo as que tendes à mão. Tal é a lei que Deus vos impõe. Porém, fora do mencionado, está-vos permitido procurar, munidos de vossos bens, esposas castas e não licenciosas. Dotai convenientemente aquelas com quem casardes, porque é um dever; contudo, não sereis recriminados, se fizerdes ou receberdes concessões, fora do que prescreve a lei, porque Deus é Sapiente, Prudentíssimo.

Und (verwehrt sind euch) verheiratete Frauen außer denen, die ihr von Rechts wegen besitzt. Dies ist Allahs Vorschrift für euch. Und erlaubt ist euch außer diesem, daß ihr mit eurem Geld Frauen begehrt, zur Ehe und nicht zur Hurerei. Und gebt denen, die ihr genossen habt, ihre Brautgabe. Dies ist eine Vorschrift; doch soll es keine Sünde sein, wenn ihr über die Vorschrift hinaus miteinander eine Übereinkunft trefft. Seht, Allah ist Allwissend und Allweise.
