أُوْلَئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرُوُاْ الضَّلاَلَةَ بِالْهُدَى فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَارَتُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهْتَدِينَ
Transliteration Olaika allatheena ishtarawoo alddalalata bialhuda fama rabihat tijaratuhum wama kanoo muhtadeena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali These are they who have bartered Guidance for error: But their traffic is profitless, and they have lost true direction,
Mufti Taqi Usmani These are the people who have bought error at the price of guidance; so their trade has brought no gain, nor have they reached the right Path.
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall These are they who purchase error at the price of guidance, so their commerce doth not prosper, neither are they guided.
Sahih International Those are the ones who have purchased error [in exchange] for guidance, so their transaction has brought no profit, nor were they guided.
French Ce sont eux qui ont troqué le droit chemin contre l'égarement. Eh bien, leur négoce n'a point profité. Et ils ne sont pas sur la bonne voie.
Japanese これらの者は導きの代わりに，迷いを購った者で，かれらの取引は利益なく，また決して正しく導かれるい。
Russian Они – те, которые купили заблуждение за верное руководство. Но сделка не принесла им прибыли, и они не последовали прямым путем.
Portugese São os que trocaram a orientação pelo extravio; mas tal troca não lhes trouxe proveito, nem foram iluminados.
German Diese sind es, die das Irregehen gegen die Rechtleitung eingetauscht haben, doch ihr Handel brachte ihnen weder Gewinn, noch werden sie rechtgeleitet.
